Radha Sehgal

Radha Sehgal was born and raised in North Carolina.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994 and later went to Campbell Law School in 1997.  During her time at Campbell Law School, Ms. Sehgal served as a Case Law Editor of the Campbell Law Observer and enjoyed being on the Campbell Trial Team.   Ms. Sehgal was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2000.  Ms. Sehgal founded the Sehgal Law Firm in 2007. Ms. Sehgal has represented both mothers and fathers in the divorce process and in litigation and understands the importance of focusing on the needs of the children.  Ms. Sehgal is a collaboratively trained professional and a trained mediator who treats every client with respect and integrity.
